By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, reserving a seat, making a payment, or attending any course conducted by Deepanshi Cookery Classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or enroll in our courses.
1. Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only after:
- Payment has been successfully received.
- Seat availability has been confirmed.
- Confirmation has been shared by our team.
Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deepanshi Cookery Classes reserves the right to refuse enrollment in exceptional situations where necessary for operational or safety reasons.
2. Course Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that course information published on our website is accurate.
However, the following may change without prior notice:

- Batch timings
- Duration
- Pricing
- Course sequence
- Practical demonstrations

3. Payments
All course fees must be paid through approved payment methods.
By making a payment, you confirm that:

4. Refund & Cancellation
All refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and transfer requests are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on this website.
Students are advised to read that policy carefully before making any payment.
5. Attendance & Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Arrive on time for offline classes.
- Join online classes using a stable internet connection.
- Follow all hygiene and food safety instructions.
- Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.
- Handle kitchen equipment responsibly.
- Follow studio safety guidelines throughout practical sessions.
Deepanshi Cookery Classes reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate. Such removal shall not entitle the student to any refund.
6. Online Classes
For online classes, students are responsible for:
- Internet connectivity
- Suitable learning device
- Power backup
- Software compatibility
- Audio and video functionality
Deepanshi Cookery Classes shall not be responsible for interruptions caused by the student's own internet, hardware, software, or local technical issues.
7. Certification Policy
Deepanshi Cookery Classes issues completion certificates only for eligible professional courses.
To become eligible for certification, a student must:
- Successfully complete a minimum of five (5) eligible courses.
- Attend the required practical sessions.
- Demonstrate satisfactory participation and practical understanding as assessed by the instructor.
The following courses are NOT eligible for certification and do not count toward the minimum five-course requirement:
- Brownie Making Classes
- Mix Cuisine
- Maa Ka Khana
- Everyday Cooking
- Christmas Special
Certificates are issued solely at the discretion of Deepanshi Cookery Classes after successful completion of all eligibility requirements.
Certificates are not government-issued qualifications and should not be interpreted as professional licenses.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Deepanshi Cookery Classes, including but not limited to:
- Recipes
- Course notes
- PDFs
- Videos
- Presentations
- Course structures
- Teaching methods
- Branding
- Website content
- Photographs
- Logos
- Graphics
is the exclusive intellectual property of Deepanshi Cookery Classes unless otherwise stated.
Students may use course materials only for personal learning.
Without prior written permission, students may not:
- Copy
- Record
- Sell
- Republish
- Upload
- Redistribute
- Teach commercially
- Share with third parties
Unauthorized commercial use may result in legal action.
9. Photography, Recording & Media
Students may take personal photographs of their own work unless instructed otherwise.
However, recording:
- Full classes
- Complete demonstrations
- Teaching methods
- Recipe explanations
- Paid course material
without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Deepanshi Cookery Classes may occasionally capture photographs or videos during classes for educational or promotional purposes.
If a student does not wish to appear in such media, they should inform the instructor before the class begins.
10. Course Images & Marketing Disclaimer
Photographs, banners, advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and website images are intended to represent the style, quality, and presentation of our classes.
Actual dishes prepared during classes may vary depending on:
- Seasonal ingredients
- Ingredient availability
- Batch size
- Recipe updates
- Individual student preparation
- Plating style
- Instructor techniques
Images should not be interpreted as an exact representation of every dish taught.
11. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Students must inform Deepanshi Cookery Classes of any known food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions before attending any practical class.
While reasonable care is taken during demonstrations, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to shared kitchen equipment and ingredients.
Participation is at the student's own discretion.
12. Limitation of Liability
Deepanshi Cookery Classes exercises reasonable care while conducting classes.
However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deepanshi Cookery Classes shall not be liable for:
- Personal injuries caused by misuse of equipment
- Allergic reactions not previously disclosed
- Loss of personal belongings
- Travel delays
- Technical failures during online sessions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
